Legalett GEO-Pad is a floating (non-frost-protected) slab that is the perfect solution for detached outbuildings.

Are you looking to build a concrete slab for your shed or garage?

Is your building less than 592 square feet?

If you are looking to build a footing and floor for your detached garage or shed, typical foundation depths in your area are not required if:

  • The building is not of masonry or masonry veneer construction
  • The building is not more than 1 storey in height
  • The building is not more than 592 sqft

The GEO-Pad System by Legalett provides all the necessary materials to build a foundation for detached garages and sheds. It provides time and cost savings by eliminating digging and providing an easy level surface to construct the foundation on.

This is a simple shallow foundation only, larger GEO-Slabs, heated slabs and frost protected shallow foundations are your ideal solution for larger projects.

The Legalett Air-Heated Slab Foundation concept started out over 40 years ago in Sweden in 1983 – and almost all construction in Sweden today is with slab foundations such as the Legalett System.
