The 4000E heating-unit is installed in the foundation slab or intermediate floor, and contains a fan and four heating elements, with contactors that are controlled by 1 – 4 external electric room thermostats.

The Legalett Air-Heated Slab Foundation concept started out over 40 years ago in Sweden in 1983 – and almost all construction in Sweden today is with slab foundations such as the Legalett System.
